Install

$ claude plugin marketplace add hamzafer/claude-code-mods
$ claude plugin install replay-theater@claude-code-mods

Restart Claude Code after installing. To try it without installing, clone the repo and run claude --plugin-dir mods/replay-theater.

How to use

/replay: Run after a turn that edited files
n / p: Step to the next or previous diff
q: Closes it

How it behaves

The first turn with edits shows a toast. After that, the status line shows the last turn's count instead (▶ /replay: 3 edits).
